Future perspective:
Since there is no formal training in The Netherlands, we, at Verschueren Orgelbouw, would like to offer new employees (in-house) training. We see that this industry is aging rapidly, which threatens to result in the loss of essential information and knowledge. Passing on the craft to the future generation is therefore crucial. What to Expect:

• Personal attention and guidance
• A specialist, experienced, and motivated team
• Working both in a team and independently
• Extensive machinery, including CNC
• Working with machines (saw, thicknesser, planer, milling)
• Learning to apply techniques, approaches, and reading specifications and drawings
• Gaining insight into the complex technical workings of an organ
• Working in our workshop, as well as on location throughout the Netherlands and even abroad
• Working within an informal company

What We Expect from You:

• You are familiar with the applicable safety regulations for working with machines and can adhere to them
• You can operate a CNC machine, BricsCad, or are willing to learn
• You have a good technical understanding
• You are handy and can work with various hand tools
• Reading (simple) technical drawings is no problem for you
• You are results-oriented
• Interest in organs is a plus, but not a requirement
• You don’t mind working longer hours occasionally (so no 9-to-5 mentality)
• You can work both in a team and independently
• You have your own transportation to get to our workshop in Ittervoort
